Stratek offers you systems for producing exotic mushroom substrates as e.g. - Shii-take
- Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus)
Basicly the system works by means of pasteurizing the raw material, which can be a mix of straw and saw dust. After pasteurization spawn is added. The substrate is then bagged of in e.g. 10 kgs perforated plastic bags and stored in shelfs in growing chambers.
